Auditing AITM Courses

  • Consideration will be given to a limited number of qualified auditors who wish to enroll in individual courses on a space-available basis.
  • Auditors participate fully in class and receive a letter grade (A, B, C, D, F, or INC) at the end of the term.
  • An auditor may opt to be graded on a Pass/Fail basis after consulting with the course instructor and notifying the Admissions and Student Affairs Office in writing (203 Lewisohn Hall).
  • All audited courses are recorded and a transcript of record is permanently available from the University.
  • Audited courses may not be used toward certification.

Application for Auditing

  • Auditors must submit the standard application form, but are not required to provide transcripts and personal statements or take the placement test.
  • The $35 application fee is waived for auditors; however, they are billed for all other tuition and fees, and are subject to the same rules and regulations as candidates for certification.
  • Auditors assume responsibility for meeting prerequisites.
