Application Deadlines

Registration (203 Lewisohn):

Tuesday, January 9-Thursday, January 11, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

(A withdrawal fee of $75 is charged if a student registers and subsequently withdraws regardless of whether or not classes have already begun. See Withdrawal.)

Registration for Creative Writing Center classes:

Tuesday, January 9-Monday, January 22

Martin Luther King Jr. Day (University holiday: no classes):

Monday, January 15

Classes begin:

Tuesday, January 16

Late registration/change of program:

Tuesday, January 16-Friday, January 26:
Tuesday, January 16-Thursday, January 18, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Friday, January 19, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.;
Monday, January 22-Thursday, January 25, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Friday, January 26, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

(A late registration fee of $50 is charged throughout late registration and $100 thereafter; permission to register after January 26 must be obtained from a dean or director in 303 Lewisohn, and students must also have written permission to register from each course instructor. After January 26 there will be no refunds for dropping individual classes.)

Last day to add a class:

Friday, January 26

Last day to waive/enroll in student medical insurance:

Tuesday, January 30

Last day to drop an individual class:

Monday, February 19

(Although students may drop individual courses until this date, there is no tuition refund after January 26.)

Spring break:

Last day to exercise the pass/fail option:
