Transcripts and Certification

How to Order Transcripts

The amended Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 prohibits release of educational records without the written consent of the student.

Please include the following information with your request:

1. your name of record at the time of attendance
2. Social Security number
3. schools attended and dates of attendance
4. degrees awarded and dates awarded
5. number of transcripts desired and complete address for each
6. your current address and telephone number
7. your signature authorizing the release of your transcript (if ordering by mail or in person)

All students pay a one-time transcript fee of $45 upon their first registration at the University. After that, there is no charge for issuing transcripts. The normal processing time for transcripts is two to three business days. If you mail in your request for a transcript, you should allow several additional days for delivery to and from the University.

Copies of University transcripts and certifications of enrollment may be obtained:
