In extremely rare instances, it may be possible for an individual who
does not hold a bachelor's degree to be admitted through Continuing Education
and Special Programs' Special Students Program to take Arts and Sciences
courses for credit as an Undergraduate Nondegree student. Admission into
this student category is extremely selective and is limited to students
who are in very specific situations that prevent them from applying to
a degree program at Columbia.

Other Eligible Programs
The programs listed below do not require a bachelor's degree
for admission.
Employees should note that courses taken on a noncredit basis
usually do not qualify for tuition exemption, though 75% tuition
exemption is now available to a limited number of employees for
both the CTA and AITM programs. Please consult Human Resources
for tuition exemption eligibility.
