The locations listed below are in current use but must be suppressed for various reasons to prevent their display to the public in the OPAC. See also obsolete locations
If the location is the only location on the record, suppress bib record. Click on SYSTEM and check the Suppress from OPAC box.
If there are active departmental library locations on the record, do not suppress the entire record. Instead, suppress the location by checking the Supress from OPAC box on the appropriate MFHD.
Note: In December 2003, the locations below were selected in the systems administration module as locations that automatically do not display in the OPAC. This feature is not retroactive. These locations should still be coded as if they were manually suppressed in order to avoid confusion.
