5.1.1  Welcome Screen

The Welcome Screen is the one with the little boy and the blue grotesque; you've probably seen it before, and now you'll be able to admire it again.  It has the main series of buttons that you'll use in inputting and editing data (although all these are also available along the top title bar under the menu, Manuscript Views) and it has the button for Reports (to aid you in tracking progress, or rather, lack thereof).
