5.2.4.1 Sort
Put the cursor in the desired field/column (do not highlight it first), then right-click. This produces the context menu with the option to Sort Ascending or Sort Descending in that column. Pick your poison. Why perform a sort? Well, for example, an alphabetically sorted column might help you to catch typographical errors.
If you want to return the rows to their original order, go to the column for Manuscript ID (the first column), right-click in it, choose Sort Ascending. That was the order in which the descriptions were first compiled and it remains the standard order (which you will have disordered via your initial Sort; this one just puts things back the way they were).
