Changing a subscription

Use the Change Subscription window to change defined basic or customized subscription sets.

To change a subscription:

  1. Open the Change Subscription window.

  2. Optional: Click on Advanced so that you can open the Advanced Subscription Definition notebook and change the WHERE clause that defines row selection.

  3. Optional: Click on the Add push button to add one or more source and target table combinations to the replication subscription.

    Tip: You can add source and target table combinations at any time while you are using this window.

  4. Optional: Click on the Change push button to change the target table of a source and target table combination.

  5. Optional: Click on the Remove push button to remove one or more source and target table combinations from the replication subscription.

    Tip: You can remove source and target combinations at any time while you are using this window.

  6. Optional: Click on SQL to open the SQL window so that you can change run-time SQL processing statements.

  7. Optional: Click on Timing to open the Subscription Timing notebook so that you can change when and how often to replicate the subscription.

  8. Click on OK to change the subscription. At the Run Now or Save SQL window, you can choose to run your SQL request now or run it later.

  9. Refresh and verify your object.
