Manuscript Level:  Reviser Date

Definition:  Strictly speaking, the date when the Manuscript level of a description was revised, but intended to represent the date of any revision of the description.

Comment:  The date should be entered according to the format dd-mm-yyyy (without the hyphens since the database supplies them); then, in perverse fashion, as the person tabs out of the field, the database switches the date format to yyyy-mm-dd. Je ne critique pas; j'observe seulement.
