Manuscript Level: Bibliography
Definition: Bibliographic citation pertaining to the manuscript as a whole.
Comment: In practice, this may be restricted to a de Ricci citation or another similar catalogue entry; in particular, avoid specialist articles; the field is not intended as bibliography for the text (i.e. no printed editions; for which, at most, use the Notes to Text field). For italics and diacritics:
- for italics representing titles: within one opening set of angle brackets, the letter "t"; then the string to be italicized; then within a closing set of angle brackets, the combination "/t"
- for italics representing any other purpose: within one opening set of angle brackets, the letter "i"; then the string to be italicized; then within a closing set of angle brackets, the combination "/i"
- for diacritics: use the character map of the database, available on the top title bar as "ABC . . . 123"
Example:

Required?: No.
