Adding users to the User box

Use the Add User window to add users to the User box on the User page of the view Privileges notebook. You can add only users that hold no privileges on the selected view.

To add users that hold no privileges on the selected view:

1. From the User page of the view Privileges notebook, click on Add User. The Add User window opens.

2. Use the box on the Add User window to specify the authorization name of a user to whom you want to grant privileges on the selected view.

3. Click on Add. The authorization name displays in the User column on the User page.

4. Optional: Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add additional users.

5. Click on Close in the Add User window. The window closes.
