To filter explained statements history:

  1. Open the Filter Explained Statements window.

  2. Optional. If the Explained Statements History is from a database object, either accept the defaults or enter new values for Explain table schema, Package name, or Package creator.

The Explain table schema is used to qualify the explain tables. If you do not specify the explain table schema, then the connected user ID's explain tables are used.

  3. Optional. Either accept the defaults or enter new values for Total cost, Query tag, SQL text, Remarks, or Explained since date.

  4. Optional. Either accept the defaults or select different values for Explain snapshot, Latest bind, or Dynamic explain.

  5. Click on OK to process the filter request, or click on Clear to clear the entry fields.
Note:

  • In the entry fields, enter a string of text. You can use the "*" or "%" characters as wildcard filters.

  • Do not include spaces or punctuation in numbers. For example, use "15000", not "15 000" or "15,000".

  • To view all possible entries, click on Clear, and then on OK.
