Changing database authorities

Use the Database page of the Change Group notebook to change a group's authorities on a database.

Before you begin...

To change a group's authorities on a database:

1. Open the Change Group notebook.

2. Under Choose the appropriate authorities to grant to the selected group, indicate which authority or authorities you want to change.

3. Click on Apply.

4. Optional: Grant and revoke privileges on one or more of the following kinds of objects, in any order:
   • Schemas
   • Tables
   • Indexes
   • Views

5. Click on Close to close the Change Group notebook.
