Adding columns when exporting a file

Use this window to add column names to the Column names list box. If you do not add column names to the list box, the column names in the existing table or view are used.

To add column names:

1. In the Column name field, type the name of the column you want to add to the Column names list box.

2. Click on the Add push button. The column name appears in the Column names list box, and the Add window remains open.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add as many column names as you want.

4. Click on the Close push button to return to the Columns page of the Export notebook.
