Sorting the list of displayed objects

Use the Sort window to specify how you want the contents to be sorted.

To sort the columns:

1. Click on the icon.

   The Sort window opens, and it displays the set of columns.

2. To specify the sort columns, move them between the Available columns box and the Sort columns box by using the >>, >, <, and << push buttons.

3. To change the position of a column in the Sort columns box, select the column, and use the and push buttons to reposition it.

4. To specify whether a column is to be sorted in ascending or descending order, click on it in the Sort columns box, then click on the Ascending or Descending push button.

5. When you are finished, click on OK.
