Altering a database

Use the Alter Database window to add or change the information that describes a database.

Before you begin...

To alter a database:

1. Open the Alter Database window.

2. If the drive or directory displayed for the database is incorrect, use the Default drive or directory field to specify the correct one.

   Note:

   This field only appears if the database is local (that is, the database is on the same machine as the Control Center server).

3. In the Comment field, type the comment.

4. Click on OK.
