CONTROL

This box contains a setting that indicates whether the selected users or user groups are being assigned the CONTROL privilege on the selected index.

To use the box to change the setting:

1. Select one or more users or user groups.

2. Change the privilege by using one of these methods:

   • Click on the down arrow to display the settings and select one.

   • Type the first letter of the setting into the list box, and the appropriate option displays.

If you select multiple users or user groups that have different privileges, the CONTROL box is blank but you can still set the CONTROL privilege and apply it.
