Restarting a database partition

Graphic denoting partitioned database environments appears here. You can restart a database partition if it has ended abnormally and is left in a inconsistent state.
Note:At the successful completion of the restart operation, the application will remain connected to the database partition.

To restart a database partition:

  1. Open the Database Partitions window.

  2. Select the database partition that you want.

  3. Select Database Partitions->Restart.
