Description: The number of agents in the agent pool that are currently unassigned to an application and are, therefore, "idle".
Usage: You can use this element to help set the max_idleagents configuration parameter. Having idle agents available to service requests for agents can improve performance. See the maximum number of idle agents configuration parameter in the Administration Guide for more information.
