Description: The total user CPU time (in seconds and microseconds) used by the database manager agent process.
Usage: This element along with the other related CPU-time elements can help you understand the level of activity within an application, and may help you identify applications that could benefit from additional tuning.
It includes CPU time for both SQL and non-SQL statements, as well as CPU time for any fenced User Defined Functions (UDFs) and DARI functions executed by the application.
