Description: Provides the earliest "Connection Request Start Timestamp" for the database.
Usage: You may use this element in conjunction with "Timestamp" to calculate the database connection elapsed time.
This timestamp will be reset when the last application disconnects from the database.
Equivalent information for table space and table levels of the event monitor can be obtained using "Time of Database Connection".
