Netscape 7.x/Mozilla Columbia Customizer

Summary

In order to make it easy for users of Netscape 7 and Mozilla to use these programs for mail, this plug-in walks the user through setting up a Columbia email account. Traditionally, we have done this by making customized downloads for Netscape, however this model allows AcIS to support a wider range of browsers, and its version-neutral nature means that new customized downloads are unnecessary every time a new version comes out.
