The Annual Egyptological Bibliography got its start (on paper) in 1947, when some twenty egyptologists met in Copenhagen and founded the International Association of Egyptologists. The AEB is now published by the International Association of Egyptologists in cooperation with the Netherlands Institute for the Near East, Leiden University.

"A daily window into Israeli politics and culture, with news, opinion, columns and entertainment items." Site contains only the current issue and no backfiles.

Journal of American Studies of Turkey. -- Ankara : American Studies Association of Turkey, 1995-.
It publishes work in English by scholars of any nationality on American literature, history, art, music, film, popular culture, institutions, politics, economics, geography and related subjects. Each issue is archived.
KMT: A Modern Journal of Ancient Egypt (Online) -- TOCs only. -- [San Francisco : KMT Communications], 1995-. -- ISSN 1053-0827.
This site offers only the tables of contents & highlights of current and back issues. KMT began in 1990 as an English-language periodical devoted exclusively to articles on the culture, history, personalities, arts and monuments of ancient Egypt as well as features on archaeology, past and present. "Lemar-Aftaab is an independent magazine published seasonally by Aftaabzad Publications. The magazine emphasizes on the arts, literature, music, history, culture, plight and the ife of the Afghan people." The site includes the current issue and an archive of the issues from July/Sept. 1997. It also has a separate archive of articles arranged by categories.

In two parts: a Newsletter with shorter and more timely articles and a Journal. Both are concerned with the cultural, diplomatic, economic, literary, political, sociological, and other aspects of 20th Century Middle East.

The Middle East Intelligence Bulletin (MEIB) is a free monthly online publication of the United States Committee for a Free Lebanon. Each issue of MEIB addresses recent strategic and political developments in the Middle East and their impact on U.S. foreign policy. Includes current issue and back issues from January 1999.

Middle East Policy. -- Washington, D.C. : Middle East Policy Council,1996-
Middle East Policy is published quarterly by the Middle East Policy Council to provide a forum for viewpoints on recent developments that affect U.S.-Middle East Policy. The site contain the current issue and an archive of slected articles from vol. 4, no. (Oct. 1996) onward.

The MIT Electronic Journal of Middle East Studies (MIT EJMES) is a new, (1st issue, Spring 1999) internet-based journal publishing scholarly writing--both interdisciplinary work and work within the traditional boundaries of the social science and humanities--related to the modern Middle East. MIT EJMES is a non-partisan publication and does not support or discriminate against any ideological, political, or religious viewpoint.

Sudanic Africa (Online): a journal of historical sources. -- Bergen, Norway : University of Bergen, Centre for Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, 1990-.
Sudanic Africa is an international academic journal devoted to the presentation and discussion of historical sources on the Sudanic belt, the area between the Sahara and the Bay of Niger, the Atlantic and the Indian Oceans. The journal typically presents such sources in the original language and in translation, with comments. Presented on the Web are the sections "Notes and communications" and "Recent books" from each issue, as well as the table of contents for each volume.

Topics in Middle Eastern and North African Economies. -- Chicago : Middle East Economic Association, 1999-
Selected condensed papers presented at the annual meetings of MEEA. The archive contains Vol. 1 (Proceedings of the 1999 meeting) to present.
